Living in Chicago. Married Peter right after college, happily married 35 years and widowed in 1998, 4 grandchildren.I have had a wonderful career as a food and nutrition educator and consultgant . Past national president of American Dietetic Association and American Instituate of Wine & Food. Many corporate board positions, author of 9 books including two James Beard nominations for healthy gourmet cookbooks. Former professor, I am currently partner in Culinary Nutrition Associates, consulting and speaking working on a nutrition text for chef education and coordinating food, nutrition and gardening programs for the McCormick Boys & Girls Club. I also breed and race thoroughbred horses and enjoy and collect art, particularly art glass.
